About Nine Architecture Ltd
Our Firm
Nine Architecture Ltd was founded in 2020 by Chartered Architect Ian Graham, following twenty years as co Director of Platform 9 International Ltd.
We specialise in integrated exterior and interior architecture to provide a product designed to fit into its surroundings and exceed expectations.
New buildings, extensions or refurbishments we provide a full Architects Service including interiors if required.
We work with many other consultants and specialists, depending on the project requirements.
Nine Architecture Ltd are registered with the Royal institute of British Architects and Royal institute of Architects in Scotland and work throughout the UK and abroad.

New house, Taynuilt
A new built two storey house on edge of Loch Etive on a tight and difficult site. Full Architect and Interiors package provided.
Hotel remodelling, Castlecary
Full strip out of main public areas to masterplan better circulation including meeting rooms, Restaurant, toilets and board rooms.
New House, Esher
A very large new build house in Esher was constructed traditionally externally to adhere to the conservation area requirements, but modelled in a contemporary style internally.
Constructed of the best of materials, the whole concept, exteriors and interiors was carried out in collaboration with Platform 9 International Ltd.

New Bridal Suites and Bedrooms, Castlecary
A full strip out of existing Hotel first floor to create new enlarged bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two large bridal suites.

New build Restaurant, Bar and Function room, Blantyre
A new build development over two phases to create a 140 cover restaurant, Lounge bar for 40 people, public bar for 60 people and function form for 130 covers including outdoor courtyards, staff areas and state of art Kitchen.

A new build twelve bedroom extension constructed onto traditional hotel.
